Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Navinua platform ("Platform"), operated by Navinua ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under Swiss law.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Navinua provides a digital financial life-planning platform that includes:

• A free Wealth Clarity Check (diagnostic questionnaire)
• Paid financial planning modules (e.g. pension, property, investment)
• AI-generated planning summaries and coaching notes
• Optional expert review service
• Downloadable PDF reports

All content is provided for educational and planning purposes only. Navinua is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or investment firm and does not provide regulated financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may register using an email address and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features require payment. All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) including applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept credit/debit cards and TWINT.

Module purchases are one-time payments granting lifetime access to that module for your account.

Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your billing settings.

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are offered once a module or report has been accessed, except where required by applicable Swiss consumer law.

The expert review service connects you with independent financial professionals ("Reviewers"). Navinua facilitates this service but is not responsible for the content of expert annotations or opinions. Expert reviews are delivered within 5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Expert reviewers are independent professionals and their opinions do not constitute regulated financial advice.

All Platform content, including text, software, design, questionnaire logic, and scoring algorithms, is the exclusive property of Navinua and protected by Swiss copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Your personal data and questionnaire responses remain your property. We use them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the scoring algorithms
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR FINANCIAL SITUATION.

Financial planning outputs are generated based on the information you provide. The accuracy of results depends entirely on the accuracy of your inputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Navinua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law (excluding conflict of law rules). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
